8. Invoicing & Payment Policy
- All invoicing will strictly follow the quotation provided and agreed upon by the client. Once generated, invoices cannot be modified.
- Payment Terms:
- 50% of the transportation freight charges must be paid via UPI/online transfer at the time of pickup.
- The balance final invoice payment must be paid once the consignment is dispatched from origin and the invoice is shared with client.
- No shipment will be delivered on a Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.) basis. Full payment is required before delivery.
- Failure to clear dues may result in withholding of delivery until payments are settled.
9. Service Policy
- Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to traffic, weather, or regulatory factors. Universal Car Carriers is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
- Clients are responsible for preparing their vehicles before transport (removing personal items, ensuring fuel level is atleast 1/2 tank, etc.). We are not liable for loss of personal belongings left inside the car.
10. Modification of Terms
Universal Car Carriers reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India only.
